The Pitco PTP6071769 Grease Drain Ball Valve is a stainless steel valve that is used to control the discharge of grease or oil from a commercial fryer drain system. It operates by rotating an internal ball that has a bore that either aligns with the flow path to allow drainage or rotates perpendicular to the flow path to prevent it from draining, providing controlled on/off flow when removing oil and for oil maintenance. The valve is suitable for use in a high-temperature fryer system and is designed to fit into the drain line assembly with a 1" Female Pipe Thread connection to provide a tight connection between the drain line sections.
