The Southbend SOU1011201 Thermostat controls heat by sensing temperature through its dial bulb and regulating the heating circuit to maintain the selected setting during operation. Temperature changes detected by the sensing element are transmitted through the capillary tube allowing the control mechanism to cycle the heat source as needed. Equipped with a 3/16-inch x 11-5/8-inch sensing bulb, a 60-inch capillary tube, and a 175°F to 500°F operating range, it is suited for commercial cooking temperature control. This thermostat is installed in compatible systems and other foodservice equipment.
