The Southbend SOU1011299 Thermostat manages heating by monitoring temperature with its sensing bulb and activating or interrupting the heating system to maintain the selected level. Thermal changes travel through the capillary tube to the thermostat control enabling consistent adjustment throughout the cooking cycle. This thermostat is installed in compatible commercial systems and other foodservice equipment, where the sensing bulb is positioned inside the heated chamber while the control connects to the operating panel. Designed with a 3/16-inch x 11-5/8-inch dial bulb, a 60-inch capillary tube, and a temperature range of 175°F to 500°F, it supports the appliance's temperature control operation.
