The Hobart 00-348361-00001 Gas Temperature Control Sensor W/Wire Leads is a temperature sensor that is suitable for use with commercial cooking equipment. It senses the operating temperature and sends electrical signals to the control system through the wire leads attached to it as the operating temperature changes. It is placed in the vicinity of the heating space and is constantly measuring the temperature, which is then used to control the amount of heat output from the heating space by communicating with the control board or thermostat. It has an accurate temperature indication, which supports maintaining a stable temperature during cooking.
