The Dean 807-0098 Temperature Fenwal Thermostat with wire leads is a temperature-control part used to regulate heat levels in commercial cooking equipment. It is used by sensing temperature changes and cycling electrical contacts to maintain the selected setting within a 75°F to 550°F operating range. Featuring wire leads two 1/4-inch push-on terminals, a 1/2-inch NPT mounting connection and an adjustable dial, it is installed within the system temperature control circuit. The consistent temperature regulation supports stable operation, maintains intended cooking conditions, and assists in reducing overheating during use.
