The Frymaster FM806-0813 Temperature Fenwal Thermostat with wire leads is intended for regulating temperature in commercial foodservice heating equipment. Its operating mechanism detects heat fluctuations and cycles electrical contacts to maintain a selected temperature between 75°F and 550°F. The unit is equipped with wire leads, two 1/4-inch push-on terminals a 1/2-inch NPT mounting fitting, and an adjustable dial for temperature selection. The systems temperature control assembly which supports sustained consistent heat levels, supports efficient performance and assists in maintaining controlled operating conditions.
