The Frymaster FM806-0181 Temperature Fenwal Thermostat with wire leads is designed to manage operating temperatures in commercial food service equipment. It works through a temperature-sensitive mechanism that opens and closes electrical contacts to maintain a selected heat setting between 75°F and 550°F. It includes two 1/4-inch push-on terminals, a 1/2-inch NPT mounting thread, and an adjustment dial for temperature control. Installed within the system heating circuit, it provides accurate temperature regulation supports consistent operation, and assists in minimizing overheating conditions.
