The Montague 01061-8 Thermostat FDTO monitors temperatures from 150°F to 550°F using a 54" capillary tube attached to a 3/16" x 15-3/16" sensing bulb, transmitting thermal changes to the control mechanism. It regulates the heating system by cycling the electrical contacts as the selected temperature is reached, and its 3/8" FPT connection allows installation within compatible equipment. This unit is mounted inside the temperature control section, with the sensing bulb extending into the heated cavity to measure internal temperatures. It is commonly used in commercial cooking equipment with adjustable heat controls.
