The Montague V1G Thermostat FDTO measures system temperature through a 3/16-inch by 15-3/16-inch sensing bulb connected to a 54-inch capillary, regulating the gas flow to maintain temperatures from 150°F to 550°F. As the level changes inside the cooking chamber, its mechanical control adjusts the burner operation through a 3/8-inch FPT connection to match the selected setting. Installed in compatible commercial systems, the unit operates within the temperature control assembly to manage heat distribution during food preparation.
