The Montague BR52-1A Thermostat FDTO detects heat levels through its remote sensing bulb and capillary, adjusting the gas supply to match the selected temperature between 150°F and 550°F. As it heats or cools, the internal mechanism reacts to temperature changes and controls the burner output to support consistent cooking conditions. Positioned within a compatible commercial gas system, it connects using a 3/8-inch FPT fitting and includes a 3/16-inch by 15-3/16-inch sensing bulb with a 54-inch capillary for continuous temperature measurement during operation.
