The Market Forge 20-0179 Stem Assembly is a stainless steel control shaft designed for commercial cooking equipment. It is 2" long, has 10-24 threads and a 0.3" square knob mount and is the mechanical link between the knob and the internal regulating mechanism. It works by transferring the rotational force from the knob and enables fine-tuning of the controls of the equipment. It is mounted behind the front control panel that has operating controls. It provides for the accurate input of operator control signals, the accurate response of the control signals, and the consistent operation of the equipment.
