The Cleveland KE53290 Stem Assembly transfers knob movement to the connected control mechanism during equipment operation. As the shaft turns, its threaded section activates the mating part and moves the associated valve or control linkage. Positioned within the control area of compatible commercial cooking equipment, the assembly measures 2" and features 10-24 threads with a 0.3" square knob mount. Its stainless steel construction interfaces with the surrounding hardware, while the square section accepts the designated knob. This part is commonly installed in commercial steamers and cooking appliances for manual control adjustment.
