The Cleveland SE50009RV Stem Assembly is a stainless steel shaft designed for commercial cooking equipment. It has a 2" length, 10-24 threads, and a 0.3" square knob mount to connect the external control knob to the internal operating mechanism. It works by transferring the turning motion of the knob to mechanical movement to accurately adjust the control. It is mounted behind the control panel of the equipment in the control assembly. It provides responsive control input, accurate mechanical operation, and consistent equipment performance in foodservice operations.
