The Southbend 3-DV25RV Kettle Disc & Stem Assembly 2-inch Draw-Off Valve Stainless Steel regulates the flow of liquids in the kettles and large cooking vessels. It works by spinning the stem, and this raises or lowers the disc to begin or end the flow of the liquid so that it can be controlled. The assembly is intended to be installed on the outlet of the vessel, and it is designed to be connected to compatible kettles to ensure that the connection is secure and correct. It is made of stainless steel and can resist corrosion in high temperature and high moisture conditions.
