The Legion 440058-01RV 2” SS Stem is used for controlling the flow in 2” draw-off valves #56-1082 in kettles. It has a 2 inches stem made of stainless steel, 10-24 threaded end, and a 0.3 inches square knob mount for easy installation. It enables accurate control of the flow of the liquid and hence the flow of food in the preparation process. Stainless steel construction ensures durability while the product is easy to use and hence convenient. For a black knob, it is recommended to use #22-1000 that will fit well and perform as expected.
