The Montague 25378-2 Knob Fan/Timer is designed to turn around a D-shaped shaft to adjust the attached control mechanism, and the molded pointer shows the chosen position. When rotating the knob, the internal engagement is passed onto the control stem enabling the movements of operating positions to be altered by manual input. This is an element that is installed on the front control panel of compatible commercial cooking equipment where settings must be chosen and observed. The integrated pointer and round profile allow the user to be aligned with panel marks. It is made to connect with corresponding shafts.
