The Garland GL1765802 Pointer Knob 2" DIA is used by turning on the shaft to change the adjustment of the control being attached, the pointer indicating the choice. Mechanical connection transfers the movement to the internal control mechanism to set adjustment when the knob is turned. This is a knob on the front control panel of compatible equipment where operating levels are chosen. The built-in pointer is able to align with panel markings. Its shape and shaft design are in line with typical control designs of commercial foodservice equipment.
