The Hobart 411506-00006 SJ Thermostat is a temperature-regulating part designed for use with commercial foodservice appliances. It can be used for cooking and heating purposes, as it has a wide range of temperatures, from 175F to 550F. The thermostat features a 3/16" diameter, 11-5/8" sensing bulb, and 42" capillary that enables the sensing element to be placed at the desired location while being connected to the control mechanism. The bulb reacts to temperature changes and conveys the heat from the bulb through the capillary.
