The Frymaster FM106-0386 Gas Fryer Interface Board receives electrical signals and distributes them between the 120 VAC supply circuit and 24 VAC control circuits. It coordinates the signals sent to the connected fryer controls and the electrical parts in order of the operating sequence. The board is installed within the fryer control cabinet with the terminals mating with the proper wiring harnesses and circuit connections. It is specifically designed for use in gas fryers and enables communication between the line-voltage and low-voltage parts of the control system. The assembly is rated for circuits and is a part of the electrical control system of the fryer.
