The Frymaster FM8062043 Interface Board controls the voltage signals that flow between the fryer controls and the circuits that are connected to the fryer. It is provided with control inputs and forwards the proper electrical signals between the 120VAC and 24VAC circuits to control the operation of the fryer. Installed in the fryer control compartment with wiring terminals and other control parts. The board facilitates communication between the switches, controls, and electrical circuits connected to it when in use. It is applied in compatible gas fryer systems where there are separate voltage circuits that need an interface for signal transmission and electrical coordination between internal fryer parts.
