The Frymaster FM8071680E Interface Board receives electrical signals from the control circuits and sends them to the proper control circuits in the fryer. It makes an electrical connection between the 120 VAC input power and the 24 VAC control parts so that the circuits that control them can work in the intended paths. The board is located in the control compartment of the fryer and is wired into the internal wiring by its terminals. It is for use in gas fryer systems and is used for communicating between switches, controls, and connected electrical parts. The board is designed to take the voltage levels that are used in the control circuit of the fryer.
