The Frymaster FM806-2043 Interface Board is used to feed electrical signals and to pass signals from the fryer power and control circuits. It carries these signals to associated electrical parts via connected terminals for the purpose of communicating with them. The board is installed within the control compartment of the fryer and is wired to the fryer's wiring harness and circuit connections. It is utilized in fryer control assemblies that are used in conjunction with line voltage and low voltage circuits. The board is designed to accept 120 VAC input and 24 VAC control circuitry and establishes the necessary electric connection between the various control sections and parts during the operation of the fryer.
