The Frymaster FM807-1680E Gas Fryer Interface Board is an electrical signal transfer that receives electrical signals from fryer control circuits and passes them on to the connected circuits. It provides switching and signal connections between the 120 VAC power supply and 24 VAC control sections based on the wiring layout of the fryer. Installed in the electrical control compartment of the fryer, the board is linked to the related harnesses and terminals. Designed for systems with both voltage levels for control and operating circuits in gas fryers. The circuit connections enable the fryer controls to send and receive information to and from the electrical parts on the specific control pathways.
