The Frymaster FM806-3398 Interface Board connects power signals from the fryer's high-voltage circuit to the low-voltage circuit. It is used to accept control signals and feed back the proper electrical signals to the parts of the fryer connected to it, as per the operating sequence. It is mounted inside the fryer control compartment and is connected to specific wiring and circuit terminals. The board provides communication between compatible gas fryer electrical sections, control switches, sensing circuits, and heating controls. It has a 120 VAC rating and a 24 VAC rating to indicate the electrical circuits it communicates with when the fryer is operating so that other electrical circuits connected to it can pass the voltage levels.
