The Randell RDHDHIN0001 Holding Cabinet Hinge Assembly is a type of adjustable cam-lift system that literally lifts the door when it is opened to reduce gasket friction. This interior design is based on a helical ramp of offset to transform the force of gravity into a self-closing movement, where the door is pulled back into a closed position when released. The part is placed on the front side of the perimeter of reach-in coolers and warming cabinets to fix the moving door panel to the stationary equipment frame. This is a heavy-duty assembly that provides a pivot axis.
