The Hobart 00-344523-6 Hi-Limit LCH Thermostat W/Manual Reset is a temperature safety control for commercial equipment. It has a 490°F fixed setting that sets the high temperature limit and a 1/4" x 6-1/2" nickel sensing bulb that senses temperature at the specified installation point. When the temperature is monitored and exceeds the thermostat setting, the control may turn off the heating circuit that it is controlling. The manual-reset operation must be reset after activation to restore the protected operate. It is installed in the safety circuit of the appliance and assists in providing temperature limit protection during the heating operation.
