The Hobart 00-411506-00012 Thermostat TC125 with 5/16 x 5 inch Bulb 48 inch CAP detects the temperature by a sensitive element with the varying electrical resistance as temperature changes and signals the control system to open or close the circuit. The long capillary tube passes the temperature difference between the bulb and the thermostat body to allow regulation to take place remotely at the sensing point. It is mounted in cooking or refrigeration equipment where a specific control of temperature is needed. This thermostat is installed in the special mounting position.
