The Hobart 419999-1 Thermostat TC125 regulates the temperature by measuring the heat using a 5-inch bulb and the flow of electricity to keep the temperature at the required levels. It has a capillary tube, which provides flexibility in connecting the sensing bulb to the main control unit. It is commonly mounted in commercial kitchens or refrigeration equipment and it is placed where temperature control is essential. The MPT provides a positive threaded fit. Such positioning enables the thermostat to react well to temperature variations inside the appliance.
