The Hobart 419999-2 Thermostat TC125 is temperature controller that senses heat by using the 5/16 by 5 inch bulb and adjusts the flow of electric power to keep the temperature at predetermined levels. It has a 48" capillary tube which enables it to be positioned between the sensing bulb and the main control unit. It is a thermostat that is mounted in a commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment where monitoring of critical temperatures is necessary and the MPT provides a standard threaded connection. The positioning will make the system sensitive to temperature.
