The Hobart 419999-00001 Thermostat TC125 is a temperature controller that monitors temperature by sensing the amount of heat in a room with its 5/16 inch by 5-inch bulb and will adjust the electrical flow to keep the temperature at the desired level. It has a 48 inch capillary tube that allows it to be adjustable between the sensing bulb and the main control unit. It is a thermostat that is normally fitted in commercial kitchens or refrigeration systems and placed in areas where temperature control is required.
