The Hobart 411506-12 Thermostat TC125 is a temperature controller that uses a 5/16 by 5 inch bulb to detect the amount of heat and then adjusts electrical power flow to achieve the desired temperatures. The 48" capillary tube is flexible in positioning with the sensing bulb attached to the main control unit. It is built to be installed into a commercial cooking or refrigeration system where accurate temperature control is needed and the 3/8 inch MPT offers a secure and standard connection point with the system.
