The Hobart 411506-00012 Thermostat TC125 with a 5/16 inch x 5 inch bulb and 48 inch capillary has a temperature-sensitive bulb and capillary to sense thermal variations and activate the internal switch to control the system to maintain a constant temperature range. The capillary is used to connect the remote sensing bulb as a thermostat body in order to be placed where it is needed. It is mounted in cooking or refrigeration with the sensing bulb mounted where the temperature is required to be measured, and the thread fitting attaches the control unit.
