The Broaster 10883 Filter Motor is a 1PH 1/3HP 50/60Hz part that is used to power the filtration system of a commercial pressure fryer. It drives the pump that circulates oil through the filter media which assists the users to have cleaner oil as they continue with regular kitchen operations.
