The Frymaster FM810-2337 Filter Motor 1/3HP 1PH 50/60Hz, powers the fryer filtration system by driving the pump, mechanism that circulates oil through the filter assembly during the cleaning process. Its main role is to drive, the pump which sweeps food particles out of the oil. It works by transforming electrical energy into rotational energy which propels the flow of oil through the filter circuit. It is mounted within the filtration compartment, of the fryer and linked to the pump. It supports maintaining cleaner oil conditions, and a minimal accumulation of residue in the system by keeping the oil circulating steadily during the filtering.
