Its main action is to pump oil through the filter set to eliminate, any food materials and debris. The concept of work is that the electrical energy is converted into rotational energy and the pump forces the oil through the filtration circuit. It is normally fitted in the filtration compartment of the fryer and hooked up to the pump, and power supply.
