The Frymaster FM807-3686 Filter Motor 1/3HP 1PH drives the filtration pump in commercial fryer systems. It is capable of operating at 50/60 Hz and it can be used to support filtering cycles in foodservice kitchens like restaurants and concession operations. When in use, the motor drives the flow of cooking oil through the filter assembly, which supports maintaining the level of oil and maintaining a consistent performance of the fryer.
