The Frymaster FM17262 Filter Motor is operate by converting electrical energy into mechanical rotation driving the filtration system that circulates cooking oil through the fryers filter assembly. Designed with 1/3 horsepower and compatible with single-phase 50/60Hz power it provides the motion needed for the filter pump mechanism during the oil-cleaning process.
