The Frymaster FM8102100 Filter Motor 1/3HP 50/60Hz is an electric drive assembly that is used to drive the filtration system in other compatible commercial fryer equipment. It works through the activation of the filter pump assembly whereby cooking oil moves through the filtration process to remove food particles and residue. The motor is a single-phase motor with a rating of horsepower and is fitted in the filter system compartment of the fryer. Constant pumping facilitates effective oil circulation, assists in keeping the filtration working and ensures cleaner cooking oil conditions.
