The Star Mfg 23209 Hi-Limit Thermostat with Capillary Bulb protects heating equipment by breaking the electrical circuit when temperatures exceed the set point of 450°F. We feature a manual reset which includes a 5/16-inch nickel sensing bulb and capillary tube for accurate temperature input. Mounted in the heating control assembly, this thermostat works with heating elements, wiring and control parts to avoid overheating and protect the equipment from extreme heat. It assists in secure operation, supports consistent temperature control and improves the performance of commercial foodservice equipment.
