The Star Mfg 2T9566 High Limit Thermostat breaks electrical power to the system at the fixed 450°F operating temperature point, and protecting your heating equipment. Also, it has a manual reset feature and a 5/16-inch nickel-sensing bulb to prevent damage caused by overheating. This thermostat is installed in the heating control assembly, and it in turn works with the heating elements, wiring, and control parts to provide consistent overtemperature protection. It allows a guard against damage to key parts from excessive heat, supports secure equipment operation, and protects commercial foodservice equipment from heat-related damage.
