It has a type LCH design with a manual reset option and a 5/16” nickel sensing bulb for accurate temperature analysis. In the fryer control assembly, the thermostat works with the heating elements, wiring, and security features to better prevent overheating and protect equipment from extreme heat issues. Also, the high-limit thermostat performs in the secure, accurate and efficient performance of commercial fryer systems.
