The Star Mfg Z2845 Hi-Limit Thermostat provides overtemperature protection that will open the heating circuit when the operating temperature exceeds the set limit of 450°F. It has an LCH-type design, a manual reset function, and a 5/16” nickel sensing bulb for accurate temperature monitoring. The thermostat is mounted inside the heating control assembly, and it monitors heating elements wiring, and security parts for excessive heat to avoid equipment damage. As the equipment cools to a proper temperature, the manual reset returns to normal operation, and the commercial cooking equipment runs efficiently.
