The Pitco P5047216 High Limit Thermostat at the temperature of 450°F is reached, will break the heating circuit. We have an LCH-type design that also includes a manual reset feature and a 5/16-inch nickel sensing bulb for accurate temperature measurement. In the fryer control system, the thermostat works with the heating elements, wiring, and security controls in the prevention of excessive heat issues and in the protection of equipment parts. The high-limit thermostat at present supports the secure, consistent, and efficient performance of commercial fryer equipment.
