The Star Mfg Y3106 Hi-Limit Thermostat assures overtemperature protection by shutting off the heating circuit when the operating temperature is at its set limit. It has an LCH-type design with a manual reset function and a 5/16-inch nickel sensing bulb to ensure accurate temperature monitoring. Installed within the heating control assembly, the thermostat works with heating elements, wiring, and protection controls to detect excessive heat and prevent equipment damage. The high-limit thermostat is designed for secure, consistent, and efficient operation on commercial cooking equipment.
