The Dean 807-0699 Thermocouple is a temperature sensor part that is installed in heating appliances to check and control the presence of flames. 24 inches in length, it has a 2030 millivolts output that is directly attached to the control system of 1900 Series HD units to display the correct voltage readings that indicate safe operation. It is installed close to the pilot flame and allows the appliance to sustain the ignition and automatically turn off the fuel in case the flame is not detected.
