The Dean 807-0699 Thermocouple is a flame-detecting safety system that is used in 1900 Series HD commercial fryers. This thermocouple has a 24" length and a 20-30 millivolt output range and operates on the concept of detecting the presence of a pilot flame and indicating the gas valve to stay open when it is in operation. It is usually fitted in restaurants and institutional kitchens with gas fryers to operate in uninterrupted cooking cycles. Its functionality is in place to allow uniform heating, safety of operation and standards equipment safety.
