The Crown Steam 9207-1 O-Ring is a sealing component, 1-1/2" in diameter, CR 3, which is used in the DV-16 steam equipment. This component is mounted in special sealing points to avoid the escape of the steam or liquid during normal operation. The O-ring is used in the system to assist in the maintenance of the correct pressure and constant operation of the system by providing a secure seal between the mating parts during the heating, cooking or holding process.
