The APW Wyott AS-1380500 High Limit Thermostat LCH measures the temperature and shuts off power when the set temperature limit is exceeded to avoid overheating. It works by having a sensing component that responds, to changes in temperature and activates the control mechanism where needed. This thermostat is designed to be fitted in commercial cooking and heating appliances, and it is placed in a way that allows it to be linked directly to the heating circuits of the unit, enabling it to control temperature efficiently and at the same time be in the right position to sense and operate properly.
