The Ultrafryer ULTR19A145 High-Limit Safety Thermostat LCH Nickel Plated is mounted within compatible frying equipment where a 1/4" x 4-7/8" sensing bulb is placed in the temperature-monitoring zone and linked to the control mechanism by a 30" capillary tube. As operating temperatures fluctuate the sensing assembly converts thermal changes into mechanical action within the thermostat allowing it to continuously evaluate heat levels. When the monitored temperature reaches the fixed 450°F setting the thermostat activates its high-limit operation and interrupts the heating circuit requiring a manual reset before the equipment can return to operation.
