The Hatco 2-16-001A00 Thermostat S 3/8" x 4-3/32" 12" Capillary is a sensing control with which to sense temperature for on-off control remote from the equipment. It does this by sensing the temperature with the 12-inch capillary and then turning the thermostat mechanism on or off as the temperature changes. It has a 3/8-inch by 4-3/32-inch sensing arrangement and makes and breaks the control circuit connection in response to temperature. Install the thermostat at the location intended for sensing temperature, where the capillary will continuously monitor temperature as inputs supports normal operation of the equipment.
