The Hatco HT2-16-001 Thermostat S 3/8" x 4-3/32" 12" Capillary is a temperature sensor meant for sensing remote temperature to control the operation of an equipment system. It does this by sensing with its 12-inch capillary and then activating the thermostat mechanism as a response to temperature change. It has a 3/8-inch x 4-3/32-inch sensing configuration, and it interfaces with the control circuit of the equipment to regulate the heating cycle. It is placed at the designated temperature-sensing location where the capillary is to keep on monitoring the temperature for normal operation of the equipment.
